臨床情報　
50歳代，男性．主訴は便潜血陽性．既往歴に特記すべき事項なし．現病歴は20XX年に検診にて便潜血陽性を指摘され他院で大腸内視鏡検査を施行された．横行結腸に腫瘍性病変を指摘されたため，当院へ紹介され受診となった．精査加療目的に拡大内視鏡検査を行った.
