はじめに
　当科では下部消化管良性狭窄に対しRIC（radial incision and cutting）法を用いた内視鏡的拡張術の臨床研究を行っている^1）〜3）．炎症性腸疾患（inflammatory bowel disease ; IBD）術後吻合部狭窄の他，大腸腫瘍術後吻合部狭窄，IBDの粘膜治癒による狭窄などさまざまな原因による腸管狭窄に対してRICを行っているが，本稿ではCrohn病（Crohn's disease ; CD）術後吻合部狭窄に対するRICについて述べる．
