はじめに
　腸管虚血は時間経過とともに腸管壊死や穿孔を来し，時に致死的となりえる．このため画像で腸管虚血を迅速に診断し，的確な治療に導くことは非常に重要である．腸管虚血はさまざまな病態によって引き起こされ，ゆえにCT所見も多岐にわたることから，それぞれの病態の違いを考慮した画像診断が求められる^1）．本稿では，まず腸管虚血の定義と病態について紹介し，次にそれぞれの病態に基づいた腸管虚血を疑わせるCT所見について概説する．
