骨巨細胞腫に対するフェノール焼灼と病巣掻爬術併用療法

　骨巨細胞腫は単純病巣掻爬術では再発の可能性が高く，また局所コントロールが難しく何らかの局所補助療法が必要となる．筆者らは徹底的な病巣掻爬後に再発防止の補助療法としてフェノール焼灼を施行し，骨移植または骨セメント充塡術を6例に行った．この方法は関節を温存でき，骨セメントを併用することで術後早期に荷重訓練も開始することができる有用な手術法と考えた．
