肘関節外側側副靱帯の機能解剖―輪状靱帯の組織学的検討

　肘関節外側側副靱帯は外側側副靱帯と輪状靱帯からなる複合体である．その靱帯結合部の組織学的特徴を把握し，役割について検討した．新鮮凍結保存屍体肘4肘を用いた．輪状靱帯外側部の組織像は，内層では密な線維構造が存在し，滑膜様細胞が点在した．中間層には輪状靱帯に沿う索状構造の横断面を認めた．また，遠位の筋線維が腱線維となり，その索状構造に融合する様子が観察された．中間層と外層で，外側側副靱帯に沿った索状構造を，輪状靱帯中程から滑膜襞を越えて近位部まで認めた．筋から伸びた腱組織が索状構造に融合する様子が観察された．中間層と外層で，外側側副靱帯に沿った索状構造を，輪状靱帯中程から滑膜襞を越えて近位部まで認めた．本結果から，輪状靱帯外側部は3層の索状構造が交錯し，さらに，回外筋腱が輪状靱帯外側部で線維を融合させていた．この結合部を通して，Y型の外側支持機構が回外筋起始腱により補強されていると考えられた．
