脊髄髄内腫瘍の神経学的治療成績―良性髄内腫瘍を中心に

目的：脊髄髄内腫瘍の神経症状の推移を調査すること．対象：手術治療を行い詳細な神経学的所見を把握できた37例．方法：術前・術直後・最終観察時の3時点で，下肢機能，感覚機能，膀胱機能の改善・不変・悪化を調査した．結果：術直後には約80％に悪化が見られたが，そのうち約90％は最終観察時までに改善傾向であった．術前と最終観察時との比較では約65％で悪化していた．術前の機能がよい状態で手術を行ったほうが最終成績がよかった．結語：脊髄髄内腫瘍は神経症状が悪化することが多く，早い段階での手術が望ましいと考える．
