プロバイクレーサーに発症した前腕慢性型コンパートメント症候群の1例

　われわれは比較的稀な疾患である前腕の慢性型コンパートメント症候群の1症例を経験した．症例は29歳の男性で，国際A級ライセンスを持つプロバイクレーサーである．普段は無症状であるが運動時に右前腕の疼痛としびれを認めた．治療は浅層の屈筋筋区画の筋膜切開だけを施行し，術後8週で競技に復帰できており，経過は良好である．
