腰部脊柱管狭窄の診断サポートツール

　日本脊椎脊髄病学会は，診断サポートツール作成のため実行委員会を組織し，プロジェクト研究を行い，腰部脊柱管狭窄の診断サポートツールが完成した．一般医と専門医とが共通の概念で連絡し合えることで，患者のQOLの向上と社会経済的損失を減少させることが期待される．腰部脊柱管狭窄の診断サポートツールの報告は，国内外を含めていまだに存在しない．今後，プライマリケア医を中心とした大規模なvalidation studyを行うことにより，本サポートツールの信頼性をさらに検討していく必要がある．
