整形外科医が誤りやすい膠原病

　関節リウマチ（RA）の診断にあたっては，他の膠原病あるいは膠原病類縁疾患との鑑別が必要な場合が少なくない．その中でも頻度の比較的高いものが，全身性エリテマトーデス（SLE）・全身性硬化症（SSc）・多発筋炎/皮膚筋炎（PM/DM）・混合性結合組織病（MCTD）およびリウマチ性多発筋痛症（PMR）である．RAと同様に，これらの疾患はいずれも単一の疾患マーカーを有しておらず，診断に際しては診断基準が用いられる．鑑別診断にあたっては，こうしたRAとまぎらわしい疾患の存在を常に念頭に置いておく必要がある．
