両側アキレス腱骨化症の1例

　両側アキレス腱骨化症の1例について報告する．症例は55歳の男性で，両側先天性内反足の手術加療歴があった．歩行困難を主訴とし，両側下腿後面に骨性隆起を触知した．超音波検査および単純X線像にて両側アキレス腱実質内に骨化像を認めた．MRIではT1強調画像で高信号，T2強調画像でやや高信号を呈した．現在は保存加療にて経過観察中であるが，腱断裂や骨化部骨折の発生に注意を要する．
