腰痛に対する椎間板内注入療法

　われわれはコンドロイチナーゼABCを使用した腰椎椎間板ヘルニアに対するヘルニア融解術を行った．われわれの行った6症例はコンドロイチナーゼABC 0.5/discで行ったが，投与後2週目ごろより下肢痛，坐骨神経痛が改善しはじめ，最終観察時の12週においては全例において改善していた．腰痛に関しては，注入後1週目までにおいて悪化を認めたのは6例中2例で，それらも2～12週までには改善した．今後注入する量に関してはさらなる検討が必要であるが，近い将来コンドロイチナーゼABCが椎間板ヘルニアの治療薬として使用される可能性は高いと考えている．
