軟骨細胞ヒアルロン酸阻害モデルにおける回復過程解析

　ヒアルロン酸は単純な構造でありながら多種多様な生物学的活性を有し，変形性関節症においても外来性高分子ヒアルロン酸投与は以前より保存治療の中心的存在である．しかし関節軟骨細胞自身がヒアルロン酸をどのように産生し，また再生時に他分子発現といかに関係しながら正の方向に向かうかは明らかになっていない．ヒト軟骨細胞を用いて，ヒアルロン酸の阻害モデルを作成し，その回復過程におけるヒアルロン酸合成酵素，アグリカン，CD44の動きを解析することで，細胞周囲マトリックス形成にこれらの分子が重要な役割を果たしていることが明らかとなった．今後様々な環境下におかれている軟骨細胞に対して同様な評価をすることでマトリックス形成潜在能力を推測できる．
