先天性股関節脱臼治療後に発生した大腿骨頭のペルテス様変化に対するソルター骨盤骨切り術の有用性

　先天性股関節脱臼治療後に発生した大腿骨近位骨端部のペルテス様変化に対するソルター骨盤骨切り術の有効性を評価するために29関節の長期成績を調査した．ぺルテス様変化が骨端部にとどまる場合，ソルター骨盤骨切り術施行例は非施行例に比べ，良好な臼蓋の被覆のみならず求心性の獲得と骨頭を正円に導く効果が期待できると考えられた．一方，病変が骨幹端部にも及ぶ場合は，手術によっても骨頭の正円化は期待できないが，臼蓋被覆および骨頭と臼蓋との適合性という観点からは効果が期待できると思われた．
