Bankart病変と前方関節包弛緩が肩関節前方動揺性に与える影響：屍体肩を用いた研究

　外傷性肩関節前方脱臼により前下方関節唇は損傷され（Bankart病変），前方関節包は弛緩する．これらの病態は脱臼整復後も脱臼不安感などの症状を起こす．本研究では，新鮮凍結屍体肩を用いてBankart病変と前方関節包弛緩が前方動揺性にどの程度の影響を及ぼすかを検討した．その結果，前方関節包の不可逆性弛緩によって肩甲上腕関節前方動揺性は約15％増大し，Bankart病変により前方動揺性は約21％増大した．肩関節脱臼後の治療を検討するうえで，前方関節包の弛緩はBankart病変とともに十分に考慮する必要がある．
