アスリートの初回外傷性肩関節前方脱臼に対する鏡視下Bankart法

　初回外傷性肩関節脱臼に対して可及的早期に鏡視下Bankart法を行ったアスリート13例（平均20.5歳）を対象とした．脱臼後手術までの期間は平均18.8日であった．検討項目はスポーツ復帰の可否，復帰までの期間，再脱臼率，術後評価としてJSS Instability ScoreとRowe scoreを用いた．13例全例がレベルダウンなくスポーツ復帰が可能（平均4.8カ月）で，術後再（亜）脱臼例はなかった．JSS Instability Scoreは平均97.9点，Rowe scoreは平均97.7で，すべてexcellentであった．鏡視下Bankart法はアスリートの初回脱臼例に対して有用な方法と考えられた．
