腰仙部神経根障害における疼痛と腰痛関連機能障害の乖離―BS-POPの有用性

　腰仙部神経根障害を呈する患者の中には腰下肢痛と機能障害の程度に乖離がある症例が約7割存在していた．整形外科患者に対する精神医学的問題評価のための簡易質問票（BS-POP）の総得点は，BS-POP医師用，患者用ともに乖離の有無で有意な差は認められなかった．痛みと機能障害の程度に乖離がある症例の検出はBS-POPのみでは困難である．BS-POPでは，仕事上の問題点を検出することができないため，これに対するスクリーニングも考慮する必要がある．
