人工股関節全置換術に対するナビゲーションシステムの応用と発展

　人工股関節全置換術（THA）のナビゲーションは，CT画像を基にしたもの（CTナビ），フルオロイメージ（Fナビ）を基にしたもの，画像を使用しないもの（ILナビ）がある．CTナビでは，CT画像で3次元的に最適な手術計画をたて，計画どおり手術を誘導する．一方，FナビやILナビは，主に骨盤のカップの角度を骨盤前方基準面に対して計測表示するもので，簡素化したものである．THAのインプラントの最適設置について個人にあわせて詳細に検討できるCTナビについて解説し，THAにおけるナビゲーションの有用性と発展性について考察する．
