大腿骨転子部骨折に対するナビゲーションの応用

　ナビゲーションシステム（以下ナビゲーション）を大腿骨転子部骨折に対する髄内釘固定術へ応用する目的は，ラグスクリューを正確に骨頭内へ設置することにより固定力を強固にすることと，術中のX線透視時間を短縮することによって放射線被曝量を軽減することである．ナビゲーションをこの骨折に用いる場合は，術前に整復した骨折部の整復位が維持できるタイプの骨折に使用し，術中に髄内釘を挿入したあとX線透視画像を再入力してナビゲーションの精度を向上させたうえでラグスクリューを設置する必要がある．手術にナビゲーションを導入する際は術前・術中のシステム使用に習熟することで術中X線照射時間を短縮し，精度の高い手術が可能となる．
