SLAC（scapholunate advanced collapse） wrist，SNAC（scaphoid nonunion advanced collapse） wristの発生機序

　Watsonらは，SLAC（scapholunate advanced collapse） wristの発生機序を2本のスプーンを利用して解説している．しかし，このスプーン理論に科学的根拠はなく，舟状骨掌屈回旋・舟状骨月状骨解離がSLAC wristの原因であるとは明確には断言できない．SLAC wristの発症機序には舟状骨掌屈回旋以外に複雑な要因の関与が示唆され，真の病態ついて解明される必要がある．舟状骨偽関節は，SLAC wristの原因となるが，SNAC（scaphoid nonunion advanced collapse） wristにはSLAC wristと異なる形態を示す変形性手関節症が存在する．
