舟状骨偽関節による変形性手関節症の治療

文献概要

　舟状骨偽関節症が放置されると長年の経過で変形性手関節症に移行し，scapholunate advanced collapse wrist（SLAC wrist）あるいはscaphoid nonunion advanced collapse wrist（SNAC wrist）と呼ばれる．治療法はその病期により近位手根列切除術や部分手関節固定術が選択される．部分手関節固定術は手関節機能を温存可能で，末期のSLAC wristにも適応がある優れた手術法である．
