膵臓転移を含む多発転移のみられた骨肉腫の1例

　骨原発性悪性腫瘍，特に骨肉腫では遠隔転移の好発部位は主に肺，骨などがあげられる．しかしながら膵臓転移の報告は稀である．今回，37歳の男性の右第2肋骨に発生した軟骨形成性骨肉腫の症例で，肺転移など多発性転移を来した後に，膵臓転移がみられた症例を報告する．
