　肘関節鏡視下手術は本邦では近年ようやく普及されてきた術式である．最近まで肘拘縮に対する鏡視下授動術は欧米においても技術的に難しいとされてきた．しかし，正しい術式と手術適応を守れば最小の侵襲で最大の効果をあげることができる．本稿では術式の工夫と問題点さらに成績向上のための今後の課題につき概説した．
