線維筋痛症とchronic widespread painの比較

　線維筋痛症（FM）もchronic widespread pain（CWP）も広範な疼痛を引き起こす症候群であり，有病率は各々約2％，10％以上である．FM患者53人とCWP患者52人の初診時年齢・初発時年齢・性比・外傷後に発症した割合を比較した．FM患者とCWP患者の初診時年齢は51.6歳と54.1歳，初発時年齢は44.4歳と46.5歳，女性の割合は69.8％と76.9％，外傷後に発症した割合は37.7％と34.6％であり，いずれも統計学的有意差はなかった．CWPの一部はFMの前段階と考えている．
