整形外科手術術後感染に対する術前・術後対策

　運動器疾患を扱う整形外科において，術後感染はいったん発症すると治療に難渋し，著しい機能障害を引き起こす可能性があり，周術期における感染対策は重要である．日本整形外科学会よりエビデンスに基づいた骨・関節術後感染ガイドラインが作成され，以前に比べて術前清拭，手洗い法，周術期における抗菌薬の投与方法，術後創処置に対する考え方などはかなり変化してきており，これらを十分認識して診療を行う必要がある．
