手術部位感染に対する術中対策

　手術部位感染(surgical site infectoin，SSI)に関与する因子は多岐にわたる．環境を含めた医療従事者側の因子，内科的疾患の既往，嗜好品などの患者側の因子に大きく分けられる．これらに関する予防対策は，術前，術中，術後の対策に分けることができる．本稿では，術中にわれわれが行っている対策に関して述べた．術中の対策は，医療従事者の服装，手術手技，患者の全身管理，手術室環境に分けられる．SSIの発生率を低下させるためには，これらに関してスタッフが一丸となって注意し，対応しなくてはならない．
