整形外科領域における手術部位感染症対策としての手術室環境

　整形外科手術としての感染防御対策のうち手術室環境に関連し重要と思われる要因に対して概説した．一般手術室は清浄度クラスⅡ以上が求められるが，人工関節や脊椎インストゥルメントの手術の際にはバイオクリーンルームの使用が望ましい．手術室入室スタッフに対する対策として，手洗いの方法，手術室入室スタッフの人数，手術室での服装や清潔観念の統一，さらには術野の清潔操作などにも注意が必要になる．手術室環境の整備に対し整形外科領域におけるエビデンスは十分とはいえず，多施設での大規模なサーベイランスによるデータの蓄積が望まれる．
