線維筋痛症とchronic widespread pain（CWP）・不全型CWPの治療成績の比較

　3カ月以上治療を行った線維筋痛症(FM)患者34人とchronic widespread pain(CWP)・不全型CWP患者18人の治療成績を調べた．疼痛が著減し治療を終了した患者を治癒とみなした．初診時の疼痛を100とすると疼痛が30以下になった患者を著効，31から90以下になった患者を有効とみなした．FM患者の治療成績は治癒5人，著効4人，有効17人，不変・悪化8人だった．CWP・不全型CWP患者の治療成績は治癒6人，著効3人，有効7人，不変・悪化2人だった．有意差はないが，CWP・不全型CWPのほうが治療成績がよい傾向にあった．
