創縫合とテーピング―ドレッシング，術後創管理，術後創離開

　創縫合は皮下縫合と真皮縫合で死腔を作らないように筋肉および脂肪層の各層が合わさり，かつ創縁が密着した状態であることが理想的である．表皮縫合は最後に創縁を正確に合わせるための最終補正を目的としており，糸は強く結ばない．抜糸後にテーピングを行うことは瘢痕幅の拡大や肥厚性瘢痕/ケロイドの予防に有効である．術後に創離開した場合は創傷管理の3原則，すなわち 1)壊死組織の除去，2)感染予防，3)湿潤環境の維持の原則に従って処置することで創傷治癒を促進するための環境づくりが重要である．
