外傷性皮膚欠損の治療

　外傷性皮膚欠損は，損傷部の大きさや状態を鑑みて，reconstructive ladder(再建のはしご)に則り再建の方法を考えるが，それは単純創閉鎖あるいは保存治療から，植皮術，局所皮弁，区域皮弁，遠隔皮弁，遊離皮弁の順に考慮する．それぞれの方法には利点，欠点があるため，理想的な治療法選択のためには，多くの術式に精通している必要がある．さらに外傷性皮膚欠損は，時に骨折や腱損傷，血管・神経損傷を伴うことがあり，総合的管理が理想的な再建のためには必要である．
