慢性腰痛症に対するストレッチ療法

　慢性腰痛症に対するストレッチ療法について，ストレッチするまでの評価内容および軟部組織由来の疼痛抑制法ならびに筆者が提唱するIDストレッチング(個別的筋伸張法)について述べた．ストレッチは疼痛が強く残存している場合には効果が期待できないため，疼痛を発現している部位を特定し，痛みが軽減した後に，その筋が最も効率よい方向，強度，時間で施行することが求められる．
