■はじめに

　ジストニアは疾患の概念が不明瞭で，診断基準も定かなものがなかった．これは病態に定説がないうえに，定義自体が変更を繰り返した歴史的背景も影響している．

　整形外科の臨床で多く直面するのは書家や音楽家などにみられる職業性の，動作特異性ジストニアtask specific dystoniaである．ここではまずジストニア全体の概念について解説し，特に動作特異性ジストニアについて述べる．
