　はじめに

　「がんをマッサージするとよくない」と言われるが，なぜだろうか？あるいは，がんの手術中に腫瘍に圧を加えると何が起こるだろうか．一般には「腫瘍を撒き散らす」「転移を誘発する」という答えになるかと思われる．今回のテーマである，リアルタイムイメージングでこの問題を検証したいと思う．
