前方関節包のゆるみがインターナルインピンジメントに及ぼす影響―屍体肩を用いた研究

　野球選手にみられる前方肩関節包のゆるみがインターナルインピンジメントに及ぼす影響を，屍体肩を用いて生体力学的に検討した．水平外転角度とインターナルインピンジメントによって腱板に加わる圧力は，前方関節包を弛緩させることで有意に増大し，縫縮することで有意に減少した．このことから，野球選手における前方関節包のゆるみがインターナルインピンジメントによる腱板損傷や関節唇損傷を助長する可能性があると思われた．
