腱板不全断裂の臨床的特徴と鏡視下修復術の治療成績

　関節鏡で確認した腱板関節面不全断裂と腱板滑液包面不全断裂の患者の臨床的特徴の差を調べることで，病因について検討した．その結果，関節面断裂の病因として外傷が，滑液包面断裂の病因として肩峰下インピンジメントが大きく関与していると考えられた．手術を施行する場合には，鏡視で断裂の深さが「やや深め」であれば，鏡視下修復術を第一選択とすることで良好な成績が得られる．
