脊柱管内・外側にガス像を伴った腰椎椎間孔狭窄症の1例

　症例は，L5/S1左外側狭窄によるL5神経根症の70歳の女性である．腰椎単純X線像で多椎間に真空現象を呈し，MRIではL5/S1左側椎間孔入口部から外側にT1，T2強調画像低輝度の円形の陰影を認めた．ミエロ後CTでも同部位に椎間板内ガス像と同輝度の陰影を示していたことから，脊柱管内および外側にガス像を伴った椎間孔狭窄症として，L5/S1 monoportal PLIF(後方椎体間固定)を施行した．術後左下肢痛は消失した．
