整形外科医が知っておきたい表在性腫瘍の病理

　表在性の病変には反応性のほか皮膚腫瘍と軟部腫瘍が含まれ，それぞれに良性悪性の病変がみられることからその鑑別には非常に多くの疾患が含まれている．皮膚腫瘍には，付属器腫瘍やメラニン細胞の腫瘍が，また軟部腫瘍には深部とほぼ同種の腫瘍が含まれる．日々の診療を行うにあたって整形外科医として知っておきたい代表的な表在性病変を挙げ，病理学的に簡潔な解説を加えてみた．
