腰下肢痛に対するシロスタゾール製剤のQuality of Life改善効果

　抗血小板剤シロスタゾール製剤は，閉塞性動脈硬化症の症状を改善する．本研究では腰部脊柱管狭窄症例20例に本剤を投与し，腰下肢痛・関連するquality of life(QOL)・跛行出現距離の4週間の推移を評価した．疼痛とQOLレベルをVisual Analogue Scale，日本整形外科学会腰痛疾患治療成績判定基準，日本語版ロランド・モリス問診票で，跛行出現距離を問診で評価した．疼痛・QOLレベルとも投与4週後に有意に改善し，跛行出現距離には改善の兆候がみられた．本剤は腰部脊柱管狭窄症に対する効果的な保存的療法の一つである．
