 骨髄刺激再生手技marrow stimulation techniqueは,軟骨損傷部の軟骨下骨を穿通して骨髄間葉系細胞を含んだ凝血塊を損傷部に形成させ,軟骨様組織による関節面の修復を図ろうというものである.本稿では,その代表的な手技であるabrasion arthroplasty,subchondral drilling,microfracture techniqueの手術手技を解説し,その臨床効果および課題について,筆者らが報告してきた研究の結果を加えて概説した.
