原発性鎖骨下静脈血栓症（Paget-Schroetter症候群）

■はじめに

　原発性鎖骨下静脈血栓症は主に若年健常者に突発して起こる上肢深部静脈血栓症である．片側上肢の腫張と疼痛を主訴に来診することが多く，スポーツ選手や肉体労働者を診察するうえで知っておかなければならない疾患の1つである．
