Neck Pain and Disability Scale（NPDS）日本語版の開発

　背景：本研究の目的は，頚部痛患者の特異的QOL尺度であるNeck Pain and Disability Scale(NPDS)の日本語版を開発することである．

　対象と方法：順翻訳，逆翻訳，原作者との協議を行い，翻訳版を作成した．外来通院患者20名を対象にパイロットテストを実施し，表現の適切性，内容的妥当性，実施可能性を検討した．

　結果：欠損割合は0～5%であり，回答時間は平均4.7分であった．

　まとめ：原作者の意図を損なわないように配慮しつつ，日本人患者にとって理解しやすいように頚部のイラスト，説明書きを加えるなどの改訂を行い，NPDS日本語版が完成した．
