腰椎椎間板ヘルニアの疼痛機序

 腰椎椎間板ヘルニアは,代表的な腰椎変性疾患の一つである.ヘルニア塊または椎間板の膨隆による機械的圧迫因子と,炎症性サイトカインなどの化学的因子が,椎間板ヘルニアの疼痛発現の病態として着目されている.本稿では,ラット腰椎椎間板ヘルニアモデルを用いて検討した椎間板ヘルニアの疼痛発現の病態について紹介する.
