変形性膝関節症に対する高位脛骨骨切り術後の関節軟骨の変化―変性部位での軟骨再生

　変形性膝関節症に対する高位脛骨骨切り術の適応は広く，最も基本的な手術方法である．これは内・外反変形および屈曲変形などを3次元的に矯正することによって膝関節内の変性・破壊部位に加わる過剰な荷重を軽減させ，その部分に関節軟骨の再生を促す最も生理的な手術方法である．今回，269症例について術後約2年の内固定抜釘時に関節内の観察を施行し，90％以上の症例で軟骨の再生を確認した．StageA(再生なし)は28膝，StageB(部分的再生)は154膝，StageC(完全再生)は87膝であった．
