軽度外傷性脳損傷

　軽度外傷性脳損傷(MTBI)は，現代社会で多発する脳損傷である．WHO報告では毎年全世界で900万人が発症している．日本ではMTBIの疾患概念が認知されていないために，今日までMTBI患者は正しく診断されることがなかった．ところが，現在，筆者の下にはMTBIのWHO定義に則り350名を越えるMTBI患者が顕在化している．そこでの経験を踏まえて，以下，MTBIという脳損傷を解説したい．
