ドパミンシステムと痛み

　最近の分子生物学的研究により，心理社会的因子が慢性疼痛となぜ密接な関係を持つかが解明されつつある．最も注目すべきは，中脳辺縁系ドパミンシステムである．ドパミンシステムとは，腹側被蓋野から，側坐核や腹側淡蒼球，前頭皮質，扁桃体などへ軸索をのばしているドパミン回路を言う．
