類骨骨腫のラジオ波焼灼術

■はじめに

　わが国における類骨骨腫の標準的治療法は観血的手術による腫瘍の切除であるが，欧米ではこれに代わってラジオ波焼灼術(radiofrequency ablation：RFA)が標準的治療法になっている．これは，画像誘導下に経皮的手技によりラジオ波凝固を行うものであり，その簡便性，低侵襲性に加え，高い有効性と安全性を併せ持つことが報告されている．本稿では，類骨骨腫に対するラジオ波焼灼術について，その実際の手技と規制についての現状をまとめた．
