症例

患者：68歳，男性

主訴：右足関節部痛

既往歴：糖尿病(内服加療中)

現病歴：2006年(平成18年)3月，家庭菜園で耕運機を操縦していたところ，誤って右下腿を巻き込んで受傷した．救急車で当院救急外来に搬送された．
