変形性肘関節症に対するコンピューター支援下関節鏡手術

　変形性肘関節症に対して，複数肢位で撮影したCTデータから，衝突する骨棘を3次元的に同定するコンピューターシミュレーション技術を開発した．術前に衝突する骨棘を同定し，それを基に鏡視下手術を行った．9例に施行したところ，術中概ね予定通りの可動域を獲得し，屈曲は術前平均117°から125°へ，伸展は平均－31°から－11°へ，JOAスコアは平均62点から91点へと改善した．本手法は衝突に関与する骨棘を正確に同定し，効果的な鏡視下手術の遂行を支援する有用な方法と考えられる．
