肩関節鏡視下手術

　肩関節の複雑性のために，肩関節疾患の十分な病態評価は困難であった．しかし，肩関節鏡の開発は病態解明を飛躍的に進めたと言っても過言ではない．肩関節鏡による正確な病態把握は正確な治療に直結し，様々な肩関節鏡視下手術を可能にし，安定した治療成績が得られるようになった現在では，従来の切開手術に取って代わろうとしている．代表的な肩関節鏡視下手術として，肩峰下インピンジメント症候群に対する鏡視下肩峰下除圧術，腱板断裂に対する鏡視下腱板縫合術，反復性肩関節脱臼に対する鏡視下Bankart修復術，肩甲上神経および肩鎖関節に対する鏡視下手術などがあり，その進歩は著しい．
