膝関節鏡視下手術

　膝関節鏡は本邦において世界に先駆けて開発され，実用化にいたった世界に誇るべき医療機器である．近年の膝関節外科における関節鏡の普及はめざましく，診断のみならず治療手段としても必要不可欠となっている．関節鏡視下手術は大きな関節切開によらないため手術侵襲が少ない．前十字靱帯や後十字靱帯再建術，半月板部分切除や縫合術，軟骨損傷に対する鏡視下手術などその適応範囲は広い．

　本稿では前十字靱帯解剖学的再建術や軟骨損傷治療など，最近の膝鏡視下手術の進歩とトピックスについて述べる．
