股関節 鏡視下手術

　股関節の鏡視下手術は，近年の最小侵襲手術のニーズの高まりとともに，器具の改善や技術の進歩により確立され，幅広い適応が認められるようになっている．おもな鏡視下手術としては，関節唇部分切除術・縫合術，関節遊離体摘出術，滑膜切除術，関節内デブリドマンなどがあり，最近では，変形性股関節症に対する関節授動術，femoroacetabular impingementに対する鏡視下手術も積極的に行われている．本邦ではまだ十分に普及していないものの，世界的には，年間約60,000件の手術が施行されていて整形外科でもっとも大きなトピックスである．
